Just awful.  Simply put, these are knockoffs.  Bootlegs.  Fake.  The listing says they are NECA action figures but they are absolutely not.  There is no official NECA branding on the boxes and the character descriptions on the back are all for Michelangelo regardless of which turtle it is.  Arms are twisted backwards in the packaging and the turtles themselves look terrible.  The models are very off with pretty terrible paint jobs.  Unless you are looking for knockoff turtles for some custom project you are working on do not be fooled into thinking these are the real deal.  Fortunately Walmart was kind enough to offer me a refund when I returned them in store.  If you are looking for the authentic NECA  lineup of the 1990's Movie TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES action figures these are not the toys you're looking for.  Be warned and stay away.
