Can be affordable, but also steep for certain features.

we  bought thls for our full size Pick up and it fit nicely without a steep incline.  our 10 year old dog was scared at first but now she uses it without thinking about it.

Great ramp for my senior dog. She's a large and heavy girl, and very stubborn. She stepped onto it with little coaxing and effort. Ramp comes folded in the box, it's heavy and very solid. Great purchase for my fur baby!!

I have a 13 yr old  lab mix with some arthritis about 80 pounds
this is sturdy, made with a metal frame the padding is rough enough so she doesn't slip going up and down but soft enough so it  doesn't hurt her foot pads
It does have some give when she goes up and down. its not a ridged ramp. its a bit pricey but all in all good product

serves my purpose

I bought this for my 18 lb. dog with a hind knee issue. He is unable to do stairs. This ramp has the perfect slope for him to go up and down. It covers our back porch's 4 steps. Item arrived on time, as advertised. Easy folding and unfolding. Light and manageable. I got the 71” length by 20” width.

I wish I could have found one a little wider and longer but we were able to make it work. 

I hope it is water proof.. my dog slides down with someone to keep her from falling off.  and she I as not ready to go back up it. 

she is old and has hip displaysia so the angle is steep for her 50 plus pounds. 

I may have to use it on a different entrance for her. 

My dog's that were under 10 pounds would have loved it.

20 X71 inch dog ramp for car or small suv

14lbs? Yeah think it is a little heavier, still very moveable. My dogs found it a little slippery, but I have some gorilla no stick that I used to line drawers, so I put it right down the ramp. Tucked the end under the ramp legs by carabiner , and dogs were happier. 

Hoping it gets less slippery with time (it arrived today!) but used it tonight with success. 

I have two 80 lbs, Great Pyrenees mixes. 8yrs and 6 yrs. .   Was going to load a video of how good they are. 

Introduce it (ramp) to your dog. Have lots of treats ready.

Works, and should have started sooner for my girl

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ramp is solid and well made, however the description states that it works with cars and SUV's. It does not work for cars.  There is no way to secure the ramp in the car, and side door width access can be an issue as well.

Not for cars

The ramp is 71" long but the width is 17". They show a diagram and it says 21" wide but we had looked in the details and there it States 17". Be aware. The frame is sturdy but my 120 lb rescue is the max IMO. For the length, there should be support legs midway. It gives a little. We will fabricate something. Fabric thin. 

Right now, I trained on a low incline, using chicken to entice GSD %26 Rescue; no shortcuts. They adapted quickly. Do not let large dogs fall off the side or your done because of the 17" width. 

Overall, its better then others we have bought so I'm ok with it. Just be careful training.

While others had mentioned that the surface was too slippery, I could not imagine how the carpeted surface could be slippery. However, my 11 year old, 90 lb. Chocolate Lab could not maintain traction on the ramp, even at reasonably low incline.  Her paws would slide off the edges as she struggled for traction.  It was frightening and very dangerous for her age and condition.  It seems sturdy and well built, but I cannot recommend it for that reason.

Too slippery

this ramp is NOWHERE NEAR the width pictured ... it is so narrow that my golden is afraid to walk on it (and he uses a ramp at home so it's not the concept of walking down a ramp). I bought it because the picture clearly shows a wide ramp being used by an adult golden but the picture is very deceptive.
