These noodles are so yummy , the flavor is packed in a tiny pouch ! Fine fine noodle so don't cook long !

Good alternative to fried ramen. Also uad a light sauce for it. Really enjoy these dry noddles. If you want to eat it eith broth you will have to use more seasoning or itâll be too diluted and tasteless. Its really meant to be eaten without broth.

A-sha noodles are superior to others I have tried. As packaged, they are meant to be eaten "dry", which is cooked and drained then tossed with the liquid seasoning packet enclosed. I am reviewing the sesame paste variety, and they are good, but I do prefer the original soy sauce flavour. You may also add seasoned broth if you prefer a soup. Matchstick carrots, green onions, and toasted black sesame seeds are tasty additions, but not required to enjoy. I paid 6.99 for a 5-pack. I always keep an extra pack of A-sha Tainan Style Noodles on hand.

Delicious Noodles!

I think I can cook reasonably well, and follow directions on the package. But these noodles turned out pretty bad. It says boil water and cook noodles for 2 minutes: they show a pan for this and I used the microwave, that may be the problem.
I fixed 2 packages on 2 days and they both came out the same: after draining the water the noodles were a clump (starch?), hard to separate, and the liquid sauce was pretty bland and did not help since it did not mix well in the noodles.
So, 2 stars cause it's lots of trouble to cook noodles, drain, add sauce, mix, etc. then wash bowl and pan. I eat a lot of the noodles in a bowl. And most of them are easy, fill with water and microwave 3 minutes,  and just discard the bowl. And most taste better and are cheaper. (The price was half again more per package), and that is one reason I tried these. But not again, sorry.

Look Elsewhere for Good Noodles

meh, its noodles with a sauce packet, calling it healthy does not justify the price increase, wish I could say there was something special about these but its your typical oooh I'm special let me give you less for more money gimmick pervasive in the "healthy" foods market these days, a step up from maruchan ramen but not far
