Great bed! Better than expected! I bought 2

Beautiful frame.  We got the gray full size bed and it's perfect.  I also added the additional fee to assemble which was worth it.  This was delivered via fed on a pallet.  They dropped it off in front of my driveway.  Each item was separated into 4 large boxes which weighed over 50lbs each. You will need another person to haul the boxes inside.  I highly recommend you pay for the additional assembly service.  It took him over 2.5 hours to assemble. But it looks fantastic and well worth the price!  

No box spring needed for this frame!

This bed had everything I wanted for the price so I took a chance despite mixed reviews. I do not regret it. It did come as black, but it is very pretty and shiny and I prefer that to the brown actually. Here's the good: great headboard, lots of drawer space, don't need a boxspring, sturdy. Here's the bad: the instructions leave something to be desired (i would also recommend 2 people) and some of the screws, bolts, and washers were missing so expect to have to make them up on your own. Also the instructions don't clarify that you need to make your own holes whenever they say use a screwdriver instead of the tool provided. Not a big deal, as those pieces are into soft wood and its easy enough to make the hole. I would add, tho, that attaching the headboard to the frame in the instructions directs using only one set of screws, I would use alot more to make it sturdier. Also the holes don't line up on the final boards that hold your mattress... but its all minor stuff. Everything came undamaged and i do love this bed. Worth the time and money for me. Just make sure you have some extra hardware on hand when you go to put this together. Also, to save you time note that the "legs" are different length, subtle but telling so make sure you try every one in every position before setting them in place cause some will not touch the floor. Also, the drawers are very hard to get on their runners initially, you will have to push very hard. Some people complained this came in 4 big boxes but I was pleasantly surprised it came this way. 2 of the boxes contain nothing but the drawers and they are pre-assembled for you and already have their runners. The 2 heavy, long boxes contain the headboard (already assembled as well) and the sides, inner frame, and mattress boards.

Very good bed

got this bed less than a year ago. its bigger than was expected. great storage. but recently the slats in it have started dipping by the head board. would not recommend unless you want to be tossing around all night or having to jump to get in the bed.

Had a chip in one of the drawers and one of the drawers corner was stapled wrong.  Was not closed all the way

i like the bed but parts ard missing and it had scuff and scratches and the ends of some of the drawers are pinged.

It is loud! It creaks and croaks. The big drawers on my sides are hard as heck to open. Impossible if someone is in the bed.

Ordered 2 beds and for the most part, they are gorgeous, but the packages containing the frame and platform pieces had black mold/mildew inside which had ruined parts of the wood. The boxes did show minor water damage, but they were the last boxes we unpacked, and they only pieces with mold. Too heavy to return, we cleaned each piece, treated each with mold killer, individually rinsed and dried the pieces, and then sealed each piece with poly-urethane. Huge output of labor and expense, but the beds turned out beautiful.

I would NEVER had purchased these beds had I known.

Beautiful Bed but Frame and Platform Moldy

When I ordered the bed I was worried after seeing bad comments of broken parts or something was missing and sadly so my bed arrived with a broken drawer, broken wood and another broken piece. It is the last time I buy something online to have to assemble. Very Low quality for the price.

Bad Quality Check complains after order something.

I've had this less then 2 weeks. My little 180lb frame i broke it while I was sleeping. The wood broke and dropped me through the bottom. The planks supporting the bed are junk. I need to replace part of the boards just to sleep on it.
