absolutely easy to install.  no installation manual needed.  very nice sharp And classy look. im ordering the rest of the bedroom set.

Missing the side rails really dissatisfied. How are we supposed to have a bed frame with no sides..?

Missing Pieces

The bed looks nice and all, but it it's more looks than a bed. It has only 4 rails to support the mattress and as soon as you get on it you can hear it make sounds. Also the one that I received was damaged.

Bad framing

It's extremely frustrating when you finally get around to putting the bed frame together and realize it's Missing  really important pieces like the side rails.  
So frustrating

My bed frame came broken and in less then 5 months it broke! Customer service is taking long to refund my money ! Do not buy this item!

Do not buy!

Physical appearance is fine,  but several broken pieces and mislocated screws.  Would have returned but have already opened box.  Will try to glue and repair. Would have included pictures, but they are over 5mb which site will not take.

Poor Quality

I bought this bed last year and just put it together very easy but The slats are very far apart cannot support the mattress finding a bunkie board support  is over two hundred dollars, it doesn't worth buying

I just got this new today 2/01/20. Guess what no Instructions. Good going ACME.

one of the side rails is warped and there's no number to call to get a new one..
