Can be straightforward, but also frustratingly complex.

Seats and cushions provide extra support and cushioning.

Can be exceptional, but also prone to defects.

After making an impulse buy based on the low price, I checked some reviews and was nervous. Some mentioned poor quality, damaged sections and that the connection holes did not line up. 

I received mine with no damage and while it took along time to assemble, it was fairly easy, just a lot of screws. As far as the screws not lining up, you have to loosely install all the screws for the section being assembled, so that you can manipulate the piece to line up the holes, and then tighten.

Once assembled, it feels sturdy and hopefully will last for a long time.

Some of the boxes shipped separate which was frustrating. Overall the product is decent for the price.  It looks nice but I'm not sure how long it will last.

One question. What are the 4, number 7 pieces for? Some kind of clamp not mentioned in the directions.

Very good choice.

For the price, it isn't horrible. You definitely get what you pay for. The stools are small; For children. I did sit in one and it didn't break so that's good. The seats are comfy but not high end furniture comfy. Like I said, you get what you pay for and it definitely doesn't disappoint for the price. I think it will last for a while if taken care of. It does come with 3 stools. We just put one together.

In my honest opinion

Overall a pretty nice set, some of the holes didn't line up with perfectly but for the price I'm happy with it!

I was confident enough after reading the reviews, to order it.  A few things…
1: It DOES come in 3 separate boxes!!  I was only given a tracking %23 attached to 1 box, so you are not able to track all 3 packages.  I received them on 3 separate deliveries.
2: Assembly isn't terrible, but not pleasant either.  Do NOT tighten the screws until you have every piece held together finger tight.  If you over-tighten, things won't line up properly.
3: The cushions are slick, and slide all over the furniture.  I put Velcro on them, and problem solved!
4: I feel like the height difference between the table, and couch is too much.  Either the table is too tall, or the couch is too short.
Overall, I'm happy with this purchase!  The complaints I have, aren't that big of a deal, and for the money it's worth it.

Overall happy with this patio set!

The set looks nice, but how long will it last without protection from the elements?My cover did not arrive with my set, and when it did it didn't fit. I turned it every way it could be turned an it just doesn't fit. Can't believe I paid extra for this!

Unsatisfactory

This is 100% not worth the $400 price tag. I was a little apprehensive about the color, but decided to order it anyway. The second I sliced open the box, I already knew I didn't love the color in person as much as I thought I would online. I immediately reached out about a return, but got the runaround. They basically told me I either couldn't return it cause of the sliced box or if I did, I'd have to pay the extremely expensive return shipping myself. After going back and forth, they finally offered me a $100 discount, so I decided to just keep it and move forward with it.

The instructions were very difficult to follow and putting it together felt like building a miniature set. Even after reading the dimensions beforehand, it still looks way smaller in person than expected.

As for the quality… definitely disappointing. The pillows and cushions are extremely thin and cheap feeling. Overall, I would not purchase this again and definitely don't think it's worth anywhere near the price. There are plenty of other sets - this is not the one!

save your money

This was really cheap looking and looks much better in the picture.  the pillows are low quality and not at all fluffy  as pictured.  There was a scratch on the table when it arrived and it took hours to put it togethe.r

The color of the seats i orden post to be gray and they are light cream color
