Only thing bad in this is that it did come in late, but it is worth the wait. I have a small home so for the mean time it can sit in my one bedroom studio apartment in the living room. Mattress is comfortable but suggest no children on this bed. Instructions easy to follow and can build in less than two hours. Fits multiple pillows in the drawers as advertised. You can literally just pull the latches and pull the mattress out without having to lift the top. Charging ports no issues and the cord is a few feet long.

This cabinet bed is just what we needed!  Granddaughters are coming for a visit  this summer and this works perfectly in the room that is usually an office.  The girls are going to love it as much as we do! Everyone that has come by our home is amazed at how compact it becomes when all closed up.  We did pay to have it assembled and I am glad we did. It came in several boxes.

Amazing Murphy Cabinet!

Took my husband about 3 hours to put together which we seemed to expect based on other reviews that we read online. It is really really heavy since the wood appears to be real not that particle board garabage.The quality is really good. We are going to use it for guests but slept on it the other day to test it out and it was suprisingly comfortable. I am going to add a topper to make it even more comfortable.

Perfect, everything was perfect. The delivery was exactly the date and time that they said in the email. The 3 boxes were large, but packaged together and shrink wrapped perfectly. The bottom section was preassembled, so all I had to do was put together the sides, the back and the front of the top part. The holes were all in the right places and all the parts were there. In fact there was even 1 extra of each piece. I had it in my room and assembled within 3 hours and I am 76. Also, it looks great!! Perfect.

I was somewhat concerned about the shipping of bed but all turned out well and bed as described.  Shipment was a few days early and no damage to any of the three boxes.  No scuffs, dings, nor damage.   It took my wife and I a little over 2 hours to assemble (taking our time) following directions and all fit perfectly.  Foam mattress filled out well (being shipped compressed) after around five hours and very comfortable!  Yes, we would recommend this Murphy queen bed.

Just as described...Great

Great bed for our spare room? Looks beautiful, is sturdy and sleeps well according to our guests. It was easy to put together, the only negative was that some of the bolts were too long for the handles. We had to spend a couple of dollars on different ones that fit. Otherwise, great purchase! In fact, our daughter and her husband were the first ones to sleep on it and they already said they want to inherit it, ha!

It's a beautiful Murphy Bed ! Worth the money !

Love it. Was easy to assemble. Directions were clear. My husband and I assembled it in a couple of hours.  I gave it a 4 only because it looked like a forklift had damaged the outside of the box and I was afraid of damage but because the inside was well packed the forklift did not damage the cabinet. It looks great in my spare room. We have not had anyone sleep in it yet.

Looks fantastic and easy to assemble

It is nice looking, directing were clear. All parts we easy to assemble and included  But a few issues.  Holes were not completed on areas and one area was missing the inserts for the screws to lock into so we had to improvise on those items taking us longer to assemble.  Also, when we laid on the bed it made alot of cracking noises, so we see it is very flimsy, not good if anyone tries to stand on this, it will break, we are going to put reinforcements as our family has a few heavy members we dont want to fall thru.

Built okay for something imported. Built it by myself in about an hour. Base came in wrong color (gray) which is super annoying and I'm trying to figure that part out. Does the job for our guest house but wouldn't buy again.
