Really nice machine. Brews delicious coffee, and the instructions for auto-brewing are easy to follow. It's a good size too — it isn't intrusive on the counter.

First: the pod section does not have a water tank. If you want to make yourself a cup of coffee, well, you put the amount of water in your cup, you emptied it into the container and you put a K-cup pod, remains to make the coffee maker work. Second: for the carafe section, do not forget that Quebec cups are double that on the carafe. (12 cups 6 cups)

Understand well with the purchase

the only problem is there is two reservoirs - the pot is obviously big but the one cup is literally one cup - there should only be one and I would have given this a 5 star.  Have to add water every single one cup is ridiculous

First I would like to know who I contact if I have an issue with this item.
The lights on the right hand side don't work and I payed for a 2 yr warrantee.

Cannot get the Program option for the coffee to work despite following instructions from the manual.

Programming Function does not work

The price (even on sale) does not match the quality of this machine in the first couple of weeks. Maybe it has lasting power and will function the same for many years; at this point this machine is over-priced for doing simple coffee things. 
The carafe drips every single time we pour, to the point that it takes concentration and patience to pour a cup of coffee.
There is no brew strength option, and we are now going to through coffee grounds faster than before. 
It is essentially what you'd get from Black  Decker for $30 at this point, so the price is ridiculous. 
The machine works, the coffee is hot, the brew time is quite fast, the beeping is subtle but noticeable, the touch buttons are sensitive enough.

Fine machine, redonkulous price

The warmer plate is not keeping the coffee warm. I have changed the brew cups between 2 and 10. I will be returning it to Walmart tomorrow.

Have to return.

Don't buy it!!      I had it for two days and the Keurig side stopped working.  The water is in it and won't drain into cup.

Too good to be true!!

Haven't even had the unit 3 months and it quit working.  neither walmart or the company will stand by the refund policies.  Extremely dissatisfied
