Fill the reservoir but make only 6 cups. Even if I put to much coffee in the basket it always turns out perfect. I have tried every brand and find Maxwell house is actually the best. Set the timer for morning and your coffee is ready when you wake up. love ❤️ my coffee maker. Affordable price for awesome machine!

walmart.com

The coffee maker.
Sound when it's ready after you've set the timer is not loud enough. the coffee is not hot enough when it comes out of the brew basket and also it brews too fast to get the oils out of the coffee for a better taste of coffee. I purchased this because of the price. But now I wish I would have purchased another Cuisinart

Okay coffee maker But not a good cup of coffee

The only complaint I have is that it only has a 2 hour keep warm option. I can't drink it fast enough before the warming plate shuts off. Otherwise, its a great coffee maker.

I am giving this product 1 star because there are key details that are missing from the description:
- The keep warm feature (the heating plate) only works if you brew the full 14 cups. If you brew less than 14 cups of coffee at a time (and I think a good amount of people don't brew 14 cups at a time) this feature is unavailable to you.
- The product description does not tell you that the brew per cup feature only allows 6-10 cups and that it does not activate the keep warm feature.

We generally brew 10 or 12 cups of coffee and there is no way to brew only 12 cups of coffee. Also we don't pour all 10/12 cups of coffee at once so being unable to utilize the heating plate for anything less than 14 cups of coffee seems unreasonable. We read through a good amount of the reviews and I find it odd that nobody mentioned that. In any event, it brews coffee as expected, but I cannot recommend this product because it is not functional the way coffee makers usually are. And unfortunately yes, we are going to have to buy another coffee maker because this is not useful for us. I believe the product description should be updated to accurately list the features and limitations of this coffee maker so that buyers can make an informed decision.

My shipping experience was excellent as always.

Can't recommend - product description insufficient

coffee was luke warm. plate that was suppose to keep coffee warm (if it came out hot) was not heated. I followed all instructions. this product is not working at all

I purchased this 28 April 2026. It stopped working on 02 August 2026 after brewing one pot a day over that time. Due to some sort of computer failure, it simply doesn't brew now. Push the button and nothing happens. This coffee maker is junk. If you're wise, you'll buy another product.

Barely Kept Working Past the 3-Month Mark: Garbage

I'm returning it to my local Walmart tomorrow. It has a option of numbers of cups to brew from 2, 4, 6,8,10,12 or 14. That worked fine for the first few times I used it then it would only give me the option for 4,6,8%2610. To Brew the full 14 cups I have to wait until the first 10 finishes and then pick 4 cups and start the brewing process again to finish making my full 14 cups.

I really wanted to like this coffee maker, but it just wasn't working out.
*warmer plate could not be turned back on after times out.
*water tank was clumsy to add water too.
*The filter and lid had to be placed perfectly and pushed down with some aggression in order to close and brew.
*The spout on the pot had design flaws...it consistently poured over the edges and onto the counter and floors. I dont have the brain capacity pre-caffeine or the time and energy before work to clean up spills each day. Lets be honest, Im not cleaning up after myself....(husband doesn't have the capability before or after caffeine) 🙄

coffee loss is a tragedy ☕️🧼😞

I got this coffee maker on June 10th. By June 24th, it had apparently completed its life mission and retired from active duty. The display lights up, pretends it's going to brew, then sits there in complete silence like it's waiting for emotional support before moving water from Point A to Point B.

For nearly two glorious weeks, it made coffee. Then it transformed into a very average countertop clock.

If you're looking for a coffee maker with commitment issues and expect it to last longer than a carton of milk. Buy something else.

Well, that was a short-lived relationship.

Says it can use keurig k-pods but doesn't say that you have to dump them out into a filter then put 1 cup of water in reservoir. Returned it to store.
