I got my futon mattress in today.  it was supposed to be a full-size 6" FOAM mattress.   but it isn't.   It's 4" short, and only 4" thick, and not filled with foam but with cotton ticking which is fluff.   No buttons and I can't tell which side is which.   I can't believe the lies that were told in the description on this product.

Came without any of the buttons. Luckily we're putting a sheet on it but it's still very disappointing. I checked the bag it came in and there wasn't anything either. Where the buttons should be is just white string.
