Easier to install than I thought, looks great.

Easy and attractive

Easy to set up and install. But needed help for it. Looks great on back yard. And leave in Seattle (rains a lot) have not had any issue using it under rain. It is waterproof and does drip at all. So far best quality very affordable that I could find.

Does not work very well and is very difficult to install.

Not really pleased with this product!

First of all the unit was shown as a roof mount which is why I purchased it. No brackets were included with the awning. Had to have brackets made at a cost. Secondly, there was no information or instructions on how to adjust the front brackets  to have the unit close properly. Had to figure it by trial and error.

called on Friday stating a part was missing from box.  Was told by the manufacturer that they would send the part and email me when sent with information.  It is now Tuesday and I still have not received an email that it was shipped.  except for the missing part the product looked good.
The write up on Walmart called it good for sun and rain.  The booklet with it said that it was for sun and not for rain.  Will treat it for rain.  ordered it because that it stated rain and would not have ordered this model if it said rain only

It shows in the pictures that it is placed on vinyl siding but our handyman said it was so heavy that it would rip right out of the wall and the bolts that came with it are made for brick or concrete. Very deceptive by the pictures for sure.
