The device body can then be charged into a USB interface. I plugged mine into my external hard drive. It charged very fast.I really love all the features. Make sure your Bluetooth is on and open the app so you can start to wake up your Fitness Tracker. The features included are Time, Data (steps), Heart Rate, Sports mode, Stopwatch and Alarm Clock. There are so many extras like, call reminders, message reminder, long sitting reminder, target completion reminder, sleep monitor. All of this for an unbeatable price! I love the sleek design and fit. I highly recommend it.

The battery is long time lasting and lasts for few days, it's keeping you healthy and fitness, and measuring physical activities like running or walking.

Can connected to a smartphone

I will say that the tracker works well but trying to pull the bands apart to put into a USB is almost impossible. Also, the app that you need to download that works in sync with the tracker works when it wants and my phone does not want to support it no matter what.

Just OK

The tracker did not have an instruction manual. The band is a very cheap plastic and difficult to attach to the tracker. I didn't use the tracker because I had no information on its use.
