I have edema and these socks are firm and a good fit for me. I like them a lot!! It's the only stocking that I liked after they discontinued my favorite one. I have tried dozens. And this works for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] be sure to use a cornstart formula powder to reduce the struggle putting them on; walmart sells the travel size johnson brand cornstarch/talcum mix for a great price. this formula will not degrade the fabric. if you use dry skin loton, apply at night or before bedtime after removing the stockings/socks to further  protect the fabric.

Great support

These stockings really deliver. My job requires me to be on my feet a lot during the day and these stockings really support my legs and feet. My high arches are loving the additional support!Excellent quality material. They really hold up to use and washing.
I hand wash only and line dry. (on a hanger in the shower)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sister needed these due to foot and ankle swelling.  Since she has Alzheimer's she struggled with taking them off and on, which is normal for anyone new to compression socks!  But they are definitely doing what they are supposed to do!
I am extremely happy with the product!!

Since different manufacturers sizes are not the same,Walmart's easy return policy and fast shipping were very helpful.Also I suggest buying from a company that considers ANKLE measurement along with calf measurement.If you do not get the proper size,then compression ratings are not the actual value on each person's legs.Once you determine the proper size from each manufacturer,THEN YOU CANNOT BEAT THE WALMART PRICE.Only one complaint.I wish that Walmart would offer more manufacturers,and offer the company's full line of products.But I guess that is how Walmart keeps their prices so low.

Get the correct size!

Compression socks.

I thought they were too tight and hard to get on until I figured out a way to put them on so I wouldn't have to pull with all my strength just to get them over my foot.  Rather than bunching them up, inserting my toes and then pulling them on, I instead put my foot in and slowly work my foot to the toes of the sock, pulling up the slack as I go. I have a large calf (19in) and the XL size fits very comfortably and stays up while I'm at work.  I have swelling especially in the ankles and these prevent that. My biggest complaint is I could only order them in beige from Walmart. I will be ordering them from another company in black.

More comfortable than I expected

After I received product, I saw on box it says for men & women - the toe box and heel are WAY too big - however the sock has just the right compression so I am wearing them and they are extremely comfortable.  I'm only 5'1 and 94 lb so it might be too tight for someone else much larger

Good sock but too big

The product is fine. They are hard to put on and take off. The best feature is the non roll band at the top.  The non stretch toe is a good feature but the design is faulty in that the shape does not fit the shape of the toes. It should be slanted to match the shape of the base of the toes. Instead it is straight across the toe of the sock which means it either is too short for the big toe or too long for the little toe. 

I think they are too expensive for the product received.
