Very Good, I like it - Hard to find the Best before Date

Good  Product

Al Rifai has an excellent reputation in Lebanon where pumpkin seeds and various nuts are a staple in most homes. They're often offered to guests and also make the perfect TV snack. Obviously, the salty shells are not meant to be eaten so it's best to buy a pack of already shelled pumpkin seeds if you want to use them in a salads.

Perfect For Snacking

Finally a seed worthy of my time!! A Nice Big Plump seed! And NO!, they have the perfect amount of salt on them. The SHELL is salted- the SEED is NOT. But You be the judge & try Alrifai roasted&salted pumpkin seed for Yourself...it's your choice.

Partially my falt, but they were way too salty I was trying to purchase raw pumpkin seeds, unsalted to add to a breakfast cereal

They are good if you like something really salty

I tried this brand hoping they'd be less salty than the Joes ones, unfortunately they're not. They taste good, great crunch, but they are heavily baked in salt. I wish companies would look into the salt level, these are almost inedible.

Too salty

They add maybe almost double the salt for the pumpkin seeds vs Mellon seeds.  WHY????  The Mellon seeds are decent.  Though a tad too hard.  The pumpkin seeds are not too hard but are inedible because of how disgustingly salty they are.  I LOVE another brand of pumpkin seeds that does it right.  But they are becoming very hard to find in Canada.  I had hoped this would have been a good alternative.

WAY TOO SALTY!!!

These were so incredibly salty, we were unable to eat them and they were thrown out

I should have read the label before buying these. A 1/4 cup of these seeds contain over 1000mg of sodium. They were so salty I couldn't eat them. All I tasted was salt.

Too Salty

Bought these to put in a roasted beet salad. I can't describe how salty these are. 
So bad, stay away.
