I've been eating these for years. Now I have my mother asking for them and she hates onions. She removes onions from her food. They are the best frozen onion rings I've ever eaten and better than onion rings you order in most restaurants. Thank you for selling an excellent product.

I've been buying these for years even though they are very expensive. I've found the onion to be almost non existent now, it's really just breading. I was disappointed to learn these are pre-fried, I always had the impression I was eating healthier baked onion rings but I guess not. Will stop buying these.

Decline in quality and poor value

I buy a lot of Alexia products. However, I recently purchased Alexia onion rings and barely had enough to cover the pan.  Nothing wrong with the flavor, but I believe there is a problem with quality control.

Short on product

We have been purchasing for a few years, and noticed sometime around June 2025 that the packaging changed.  I also believe that the onion and coating recipe has changed.  Did you change the Recipe when you changed the Packaging??
I used to be able to detect "real" onion, and now I barely can taste any.  Seems to now be focusing way too much on the "crunch" with whatever that coating is, and now it is ALL crunch and no onion.  I came here to find Ingredients listing, and I cannot even find that.

All Crunch and No Onion!!

First time user .. the outside was great and crispy but failed to even taste any onion inside . 

So all I got was crispy rings no onion not even an onion flavor 

Will not buy these again .

Did not like no onion taste at all

We just had these onion rings, cooked as recommended. Most of the rings had no onion inside, or it was so degraded it was a black thread . Hollow rings for the most part. Only onion that was apparent was on an end piece. The batter was not that tasty, and overall the impression was flat. I would not recommend these/

Poor  taste, precious little onion!

I purchased this item in early 2026 hoping to experience the same high quality, delicious onion rings I'd experienced in the past.  However the quality of my latest bag of Alexia Onion Rings has totally diminished. The product is void of flavor, onion and batter coating have no flavor at all and the onions are as thin as rice paper.  Alexia/Lamb Weston should be ashamed of the product they are now selling as it has gone from first (quality) to worst.  I'll never purchase another bag.

Alexia Onion Rings All Batter No Onion No Flavor

Bought these a couple of times last yr or so and they rocked. Bought them 2x a now and they are the WORST!!! NO ONION INSIDE many and the ones that have any after close inspection are so thin it's like the onion skin.  DONT BUY!!! What a sham!
Says to cook for 14 mins if I remember correctly at 360 in air fryer but after 8 mins they are hard as a rock. Love their sweet potato fries but because they are scamming us,  I won't buy them either anymore, that's how awful these are.  READ ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS and everyone one of them explain same thing. NO ONION!!! I don't mind buying the most expensive rings but not when they are litteraly the worst on the market when compared to other WHOLE ONION rings.

The worst onion rings I have had. The phrase of “where's the beef” should be for the brand is “where's the onion” as the onion is as thin as a piece of paper. Onion taste is not there. Overall rating of zero.

Where's the onion

I bought your frozen plain onion rings out of desperation at a local grocery store.  I had been unable to find any restaurant near me that had onion rings, and the reliable source, Burger King, shut down forever at UDC Metro station.    Even on sale,  I felt that the cost was much too high, especially given the stingy amount of contents.  The rings themselves were pretty much just breading, not enough onion, and the breading bland at that.   I'm not alone, read your reviews.  Cost and value matter, and they matter a LOT.   What really convinced me to never buy your products ever again, though was the "virtue signaling" on the back of the package.  It's great that you source from regenerative agriculture, but bragging about it just comes off as creepy. That space could have been better used to print LARGER cooking instructions for those of us who are older and have to wear glasses.   If you want to "save the planet" put larger portions in the bag and sell for a lower price.

So so so NOT worth the price
