I ordered this sauté pan because I love my 6 Tramontina fry pans (8”, 10” and 12”, one each in stainless and nonstick) and wanted a pan with a slightly higher side to prevent grease spatters.  On my first use of it,  I tried browning some lamb meatballs in it, and was so happy when they turned out beautifully browned with virtually no spatter.  I now want to buy each one of these incredible sauté pans for each of my daughters!!!

Great pan

I have been cooking with this skillet only for a week, but I already discovered many ways it can help me in my cooking daily routine, from steaming vegetables to juicy burgers. But first, I must say that this product is much more than a skillet, it is almost a piece of art in the kitchen.
 
The quality is really good and it's a well finished product. It is also versatile, as it comes with several useful accessories, including my favorite steaming plate. The first use was to steam dumplings.
 
Its size is perfect to cook for a couple and the skillet warms up faster than other pans I have. The thick material makes it sturdy, heavy, and keeps the food warm longer.

Sturdy and versatile

When I opened the box that contained the pan, I was impressed by the packaging that protected it.  I was also hoping to be dazzled by the cooking outcome. Well, it did not disappoint! I made burgers one day and a beef filet the next. The results were golden patties, and a nicely seared filet finished in the oven. I particularly appreciate the depth of the pan because it reduces the splatter over the stove. As for the clean up, it was was easy. This will be the new go to pan!

Great Quality

I was looking for an all in one for a while to replace other skillets , this one ticks all the boxes when it comes to functionality and looks and check the images the packaging is great it would make a great gift   . I got it last week and over the weekend used it for breakfast eggs , pancakes , bacon   cleaning it was a breeze even after the bacon also made my mom Cod recipe were you must sauté and sear to then cook for 25 min in the oven at 400F  this pan performed like a champ ! and did I said how easy it was to clean ! it is so versatile that I was able to cook breakfast for 2 and dinner for 5  without hiccups this is officially my favorite cooker.

Great product for the price

Great, non-stick pan for electric burners. Love the size and the deep sides for quick stir fries and cooking vegetables and pasta dishes. But, it does not support induction well. There is not enough magnetic material in it. Gave it to my daughter who has an electric cooktop. I have a Wolf induction range and have been using induction ranges for more than 15 years. This pan performs poorly on induction. Really wish it were better.

Does not support induction well

I bought this pan two months ago, and have only used it three times. At first it was great, it cleans easy it's very versatile it's a beautiful pan. After the third time of using it I love the pan cool down like I always do, when I went to wash it there was staining on the outside and looks like some of the enamel may have chipped off on the outside. I have always hand washed this pan and I've never put in the dishwasher. Has this happened to anyone else?

Staining and chipping

Nonstick isn't truly a nonstick.  We had this less than 5 months and it started sticking right away.  I oiled it after washing and prior to cooking like instructions stated and it has gotten worse.  I have had teflon pans that last much longer than this piece.  I honestly wouldn't want a replacement if the honored the warranty.  I am even afraid to ask based on previous reviews about Warranty claims.

NOT NONSTICK

This is what cooking scrambled eggs looks like after a month of use.  I used butter to grease the pan prior and cooked at medium heat on a gas stove.  This is the same pan that the first month the eggs slid out of.  I have followed all of the care instructions.  Hand washed only.  Every time I use this I have to soak for a good hour afterwards.
