One of my favorite Almay products is Almay Pressed Powder. I'm blonde haired, blued eyed with fair skin, so Light 100 is the perfect shade for my skin. The finely milled powder comes in a compsct eleith a powder puff. I have dry, sensitive skin, so often face powder will give my face a chalky appearance. However, with Almay Pressed Powder this is not the case. All you see is a seamless finish which gives the appearance of a healthy glow.The shade remains the same color all day long, without streaking, smearing or fading. The powder is dermatologist tested, fragrance free, hypoallergenic, clean, and cruelty free.

This is a very nice powder; it's very lightweight and gives a natural finish and keeps the shine away.  I just wish there was a translucent version because I love to use a translucent powder to set my foundation and not add any additional color, and it is so difficult to find a powder that matches your foundation, so a translucent powder would be perfect!

I have been using the Almay Smart Shade pressed powder for yearts. It doesn't look like powder on you face. I love it and am having trouble finding it in stores. What's happening with it? I hate the other brands.

I am an African American, 46 year old woman with caramel colored skin and Deep Like Me is a perfect match for my skin!  I've replaced my more expensive Stila brand of pressed powder with this and haven't looked back.

you need to make a darker shade  I always bought TLC medium and this is way lighter   Makes my face look ghostly   I love almay but why are you not making the products I always bought?  Its frustrating

Need darker shade pressed powder

I like the powder, especially because it's hypoallergenic. But this compact design is for the birds! Powder in the usual "compact" spot but applicator/puff underneath in another compartment with mirror upside down and underneath. So inconvenient and difficult to use on the go. I got so frustrated that I threw it out! Impossible to use easily.

Why the Contorted Compact Design?

The double-sided opening is difficult to use and absolutely unnecessary.  Different is not always better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I knew as soon as I took it out of the packing box that I got a shade that was much too dark for me..... but I did put it on just to be sure... and it was....The powder dulls your skin...which I guess would be good for oily/shiny skin which I don't have.... and if you have any wrinkles....it will find them...It found mine... Overall, aside from the color being wrong for me, I wasn't all that impressed with this powder and that surprised me because I am usually pleased with Almay products.
