I like the size of the product.. I have green eyes and usually wear shades of purple  and mauve. a lot of times it comes with multiple colors and those shade run out.

The colors are beautiful and really make my green eyes "pop."  However, there is no applicator that I can find.  If there's one in the box, it's well hidden.

NO sponge applicator?!

This was disappointing.   The compact is cardboard with no mirror and no applicator.  They eye shadow has a lot of glitter in it, and I didn't see that listed anywhere.  I've liked Almay shadow in the past, but this seemed cheap it all areas except the price.

Not Whai I Expected

The colors are pretty but blend together too look a little muddy. Also, SO. MUCH. GLITTER. And, as glitter typically dies, it gets everywhere. I have glitter all over my face.

Glitter fallout

Item arrived unsealed inside the mailing package and had been used. There were fingerprints in the eyeshadow.

Already been used! Gross!

This is quite literally the worst Eyeshadow palette I have ever used. I initially got this pilot from my mom but ended up trying it out first, I have tried pretty much every method of application possible to make these shadows work; Primer, no primer, shimmers on top of other shadows as a topper,. Nothing works with this eye shadow because it's just not good. There is essentially no pigmentation, no staying power at all, they don't blend just get muddy, There's next to no shimmer, The shimmers were so bad that I honestly thought they were just spray overs. I love the idea of these little palettes and the focus on different eye colors as a lot of people need guidance when it comes to which colors look good with their particular eyes, but the concept could be executed a million times better. I really do expect better from Almay.

Really really bad.

There is no protection on this this eyeshadow. I guess the big cardboard wrap in comes in is the only cover that you get. The plastic part that holds the shadow has no lid so there is no way to carry it in your purse or makeup bag. What a waste of money! JUNK!!!!
