Whilst installing the dispenser I managed to drop it on a concrete floor and I'm happy to report it is shatter resistant and won't break when dropped, as I did! Towels are dispensed smoothly with no ripping or tearing and reloading is as simple as it gets. High quality materials and construction, light weight, blends with any decor, great design.

With the top load, it is easy to keep filled, and you can see the paper towels if it gets low.  Seems very sturdy thus far, and was super easy to install.  The attachment screws do not get in the way of loading or removing the paper towels.  Standard C fold towels fit perfectly.  Cut out makes it easy to grab a towel and go.
