I prefer this type of product without any adhesive wings. I am an older woman, so I use them as accidental incontinence protection, and are very absorbent. The width and extra length are perfect and adhere well to underwear, without having small strips of plastic stuck to the underside of the panty when removing, I find the winged style does. They are also half the price and double the package quantity, as compared to products specifically made for incontinence.

It's a budget-accommodating option and the one I'm used to; as long as you're careful where you place the wings and make an effort to change every so often, they do what they need to do

they're a little bulky when worn during the daytime but not significantly; depending on activity level they might shift

These are ok for a lighter flow day or light medium day. I don't recommend a pad without wings for medium or heavier  days unless you are young or can't for some reason understand how to use a pad with wings. I use these with protective underwear(like Depends) for my  special needs girl. A pad with wings won't wrap around protective underwear. Once she learns how to use wings, we will move up to size 5 with wings. They offer better protection on heavy days. Then, we can ditch protective underwear. Good luck on your journey girls and ladies.

Ok For Now

These barely absorb anything. They are so bulky and they do NOT capture my cycle during the night. These suck. Over two cycles I have confirmed these do not absorb very well at all.  The top layer falls apart fast. I do not recommend. They are very bulky under cloths as well.

This product is not as advertised at all, they don't keep anything dry let alone overnight! These are a joke and need to be taken off the shelves, I'll never buy Always or any  other product from this company. This taints Walmart's reputation and destroys the trust customers have relied on for years.  Ms Wood

Their product is disgusting! I put this under the light after my daughter's told me about the Tik Tok trend for the Always Brand to disprove what they were saying, because I believed they were a safe brand. Man I looked dumbfounded when I put this mess up to the light. I have been a customer for 15 years, and no more!! Me and my entire family our out. And we are going to the doctor after this to make sure we are all good. I will definitely be looking into a lawyer, I hope you ladies check as well!
