These are the best pads, and so lightweight and thin for pad, comfortable and super absorbent. They're a go to for me absolutely love! They don't get heavy like 
other ones either and are just so soft in terms of what they are made of. Excellent quality pad for sure!

The most Comfortable pad!

I used these Always Pure Cotton pads, along with some other Always pads, during postpartum, and they were extremely comfortable! I also didn't experience any issues regarding leakage. Postpartum is a vulnerable enough time already, the last thing women need are pads that are uncomfortable or don't perform well. I'm glad I can *always* 😉 rely on Always products when I need them most!

Postpartum Must Have

Absolutely the only pad I use now during the night. Super thin, very absorbent, and extremely comfortable. Perfect for those  nights when a tampon is just not an option. You can barely feel it and doesn't irritate your skin.

These pads are a game changer—soft, ultra-absorbent, and breathable. The wings stay put and the unscented design gives me peace of mind. Reliable and gentle when I need it most.

Comfort You Can Count On: Always Pure Cotton Size 

These were my regular pads before moving to another brand I liked more. I will say, having used multiple pad variations in the Always lineup, these became my favorite. The FlexFoam technology is a game changer for pad wearers who want a thinner feel, but just as absorbent. They don't have a smell like the regular FlexFoam pads, but worked just the same for me. The coverage and ability to stick also worked for me. I believe only the top layer is cotton (most brands that have a pure cotton claim are), but this is still a better option if you're looking for something not as harsh.

Good pads

I've used always pads for years and recently had burning and itching and more painful cramping. I tried the pure cotton one and it's much better but I'm scared to have another reaction to them . All pads should just be cotton the added chemicals are unnecessary .

The most uncomfortable pad on the market. While it is more friendly eco/personal wise it is just not worth the “hype”. They do not change shape with you I haven't found they don't mold to the body like most. They also shed little fibers off! Would use if i absolutely had to but would not purchase again!

Save your money!

I've been using Always ultrathin pads for most of my adult life (I am in my early 50s). I bought these "pure cotton" ones because I've noticed that natural cotton fiber pads hold less odor. Well, I have had more leaks in the last three days than I have had in my entire life of periods. They are absolutely disasterous. Also, because these have been such a failure I looked at the box again and realized that only the cover is cotton. The rest is synthetic. So why are they called "pure cotton"? It's misleading. Just more greenwashing to lure people into buying a bad product. My advice to Always: if you just make something good, you don't have to manipulate people into buying it.
