I bought this "bookcase" to be used as a small pantry for a new room addition with a coffee bar in a narrow hallway. It fits perfectly in the space and functions  exactly as I had planned.  It holds some cookies, cans of soup, coffee pods, paper towels and other items. It's narrow enough for the hallway and the sliding doors are perfect to not obstruct the passageway as it would have with doors that swung open.  I am very pleased with this product. A good value for the money.

I love my Arron Lane bookcase. It's the perfect size for where I need it and stylish too.  I paid about 150.00 for it and wouldn't advise paying more than that since it is not high-quality wood.  The back of it is basically a heavy cardboard and the doors slide very nicely!

Loved these bookcases. I purchased 2 and they arrived in perfect condition. Not too hard to put together . The hardest part was unpacking them . I am not complaining that is how they arrived in pristine condition .  I  had wanted them originally for each end of a fireplace but after reading reviews of others , one little lady like me , had used hers to display a collection of teapots ! I did the same and they are beautiful at the end of my kitchen . Now , I have to purchase 2 more for my fireplace !

Was ship to the store in very good condition, I am not very handy to put things together but this was very easy and the instructions are very simple, 30 to 45 minutes the most. Looks great an all my dvd's and vhs's look good there , I had no problems with the sliding doors like others reviews stated that they don't close well , they close very well . highly recommend this product thinking to order another one.

Great asset

I read the reviews prior to purchasing this cabinet as I was worried buying a piece of furniture in a box and online would not be too practical. It arrived unbroken, and was so easy to put together. Directions very easy and it took less then 30 min to get it together. It looks much more expensive than it actually costs. Beautiful piece and a lovely addition to my kitchenette area. It's holding my teapot collection and looks great. To my surprise the sliding doors can so easily be adjusted and they also have a magnetic button to hold the doors closed.

Beautiful Cabinet

This bookcase was a great purchase.  I love the look and it fits perfectly in my office.  I didn't give it a 5 star because it is not as sturdy as I had hoped.  My husband needs to fasten it to the wall so that it is secure.  Wasn't too difficult to put together, it took my husband about an hour to do.  For the price, I think it is a good deal!

Very cute! Perfect for office!

This isn't fancy furniture, but if you want something to keep your media dust-free, this is great. It is not "real wood", it weighs a ton, but it is clean and cheerful looking. The depth is not enough for something as large as a binder, but most of my books fit. The doors slide a bit rough, but I don't open them often anyway. I think a talented owner could improve that. I'm looking for a second one, it would look nice to have a pair.

Fine for what it is

You always get what you pay for. The bookcases were delivered promptly, actually earlier than stated. They were extremely easy to assemble; however, the left side sliding door on both cases does not shut all the way.

This is particle board, not wood. The parts manual list one size screw that is 2 1/2  inches long. In the instructions another screw is listed but not included. They want you to put the 2 1/2 inch screw in a 1 inch hole. I reached out to the company. They told me the included screws were what I was suppose to use. However, they would send the other size. They sent me a package of hardware that I dont believe goes with this cabinet, and did not contain the necessary screws. My husband is going to cut off the  2 1/2 inch screws to make them fit. This has sliding glass doors. There is a metal track in one end but open particle board in the other. I would not buy this cabinet!
