Love this desk!! I recently started a work from home job and it fits all my equipment. I love the top little shelf. It's actually wider than it appears in the ad's photo. Also the feet of the desk does stick out a little bit further then it appears in the ad's photo. Very easy to put together.

Very pleasantly surprised by this desk. After transitioning to working from home, this is perfect. I have my two (light weight) monitors on the top shelf angled in. I'm so glad I didn't have to purchase monitor stands for height. My keyboard and mouse are on the larger bottom part. The design of the desk encourages me to keep the workspace clean.

Perfect for dual monitors!

Quick and easy assembly. Small enough for the space I needed but large enough to fit my laptop and 2 monitors. Great affordable buy! The picture was right after assembly so excuse the mess

Great Affordable Desk

I LOVE the way this desk looks. The legs are so cool. Desk not too difficult to assemble, I did it by myself with my 10 year old to help. It fits in a little nook in my hallway and the size is perfect! I paid $51 for this desk and it was worth every penny! There was a small blemish from shipping and handling, but I colored it with a black sharpie. As long as you use a screw gun to assemble this, it is VERY STURDY. I like the wood grain look. Mine is very dark almost black, but I think the texture of the veneer would look very nice in the lighter grey color as well. You won't regret this purchase. I'm thinking of getting a second one for my dining room, so my kids have dedicated areas for school.

Very stylish, super low price!

Overall,  this is a nice table for a student or someone who doesn't have too many office supploes. The table looks good and is very modern with a retro vibe. However, it is delicate and may bulk under pressure. A laptop, a lamp, a notebook, and a pencil...maybe a small plant will.be more than enough for this table. It was easy to assemble. It had a few dings straight out of the box probably from the hardware.

Satisfied but not thrilled

I know this was an inexpensive desk, but It was missing a screw and there were scratches on the finish that I did not make.  I tried attaching the top even with 2 screws, but the MDF split.  Overall, it is functional and it looks nice for the price.  Hopefully yours comes with all parts and isn't dinged up!

Issues, but suits my purpose

I really like the design especially the legs but the table top is made of cheap MDF and it is already scratched up and dented right out the box. I'm going to use a top coat of polyurethane to give it a high gloss finish and hopefully it will last longer. Some areas of the wood are bumbled up like it got moisture damage already. I was expecting better.

It's alright

I was so excited to purchase this Ameriwood retro desk but to my disappointment my desk has apparent water damage and peeling on the main piece part A. It looks terrible! I removed the packaging and was immediately shocked at the low quality care given on the packing of this piece. Due to not wanting the hassle of putting it back in the packaging and taking it back to the store I am still going to assemble this and use it but buyer beware...

Buyer beware!

Easy to put together until we attached the shelf. Screws sent were not the right size and cracked the whole top all the way across. Partly my fault for not measuring the screws to see if they sent the right ones (does anyone actually re-measure the length of the screws to see if they match the instructions?!) Had to return item at store during the pandemic. Not happy!

The desk was super dirty one of the legs was bent at the end. There was cracks all around it was a bad decision to order from this company.
