Decent material for the costs.  Be careful when ordering the Highlights will always say its a red cape no matter what color is chosen.  I accidentally got an orange one because they look very similar in the pictures.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is advertised as an adult cape. The photo shows a tie closure. The product I received has a Velcro closure and neck opening is too small to fit an adult. I'm really disappointed because it's now too late to get a replacement before Halloween.
