Organic rice pasta is tossed with a creamy Cheddar sauce and crisp organic broccoli florets, with crunchy toasted bread crumbs on top.We believe that cooking was meant to be done by hand. That’s why our burritos and enchiladas are hand-rolled. Our pizza crusts and tortillas are hand-stretched. Our pizza toppings are placed by hand, and our cheese is sprinkled by hand. We make our sauces from scratch, stirring in spices and vegetables, then simmering slowly for hours until the flavour is perfect. Many of our sauces start with a roux cooked under gentle heat and stirred continuously until just right.

Tastes great!  Kind of healthy (broccoli). A bit pricey, but well worth it.  I love all of the Amy's Kitchen foods and wish more of the line was carried,  even though they are an American company, and I know that I'm not supposed to indulge in those currently.  Too good to pass by.

Really a great macaroni with gluten-free cheese! The taste is tasty, the texture is perfect and a little crispy parmesan on top. Really the best frozen macaroni I've ever tasted.

Usually, we have lower expectations for frozen meals. So when we say one is good, what we really mean is that it's good for a frozen meal. But this one—this one is absolutely delicious—like I'd be happy if I was served this at a restaurant. I don't even eat a gluten-free diet and think the taste and texture of this broccoli Mac is amazing. It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

It was hard to know from the webpage just what was in this. I tried it. The main ingredient is macaroni from white rice flour.
It's not bad. Cheddar flavor is not apparent. The quantity is not large, maybe worth half the price. I don't consider white flour a healthy food, and look for brown flour personally.
It's assumed you have a microwave, and it gives no instructions. I don't have that, so steaming turns out alright.
