I recently purchased an iPad from Walmart, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle free, the item was available at a competitive price compared to other retailers.

The iPad itself arrived in perfect condition, sealed in the original Apple packaging. Setup was quick and easy, and as expected, the performance is excellent—fast, responsive, and great for streaming, browsing, and productivity apps. The display is sharp and vibrant, and battery life has been reliable.

What stood out was Walmart's efficiency: shipping was on time.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with both the iPad and Walmart's service. I'd definitely recommend buying from Walmart if you're looking for a smooth, dependable shopping experience.

Great Experience

This was my first time ordering electronics from Walmart online. The iPad arrived sealed in the original box. The box was slightly dented and a bit dirty, but the iPad itself was brand new and works perfectly.

During the initial setup, the iPad kept freezing at the Apple Pay step. When I tapped “Set Up Later,” it became completely unresponsive.

Just to clarify — this is NOT Walmart's fault, and the device was not defective. It appears to be a software glitch during the initial Apple setup process.

If this happens to you, here's what worked for me:

Force restart the iPad:
Quickly press Volume Up, then Volume Down, then press and hold the Power button until the screen goes black and the Apple logo appears.

Then plug the iPad into a wall charger. For some reason, once it was connected to power, the setup continued normally and everything worked perfectly. For fast setup keep it plugged in to power.

So don't panic — the iPad is fine. It seems to be a temporary software issue during activation.

iPad Setup Freezing? Try This. Overall is perfect

Love this tablet! Blazing fast, super easy to set up, great build quality and great picture quality. Recently switched from a Samsung Android tablet and I regret not switching sooner. This one is much more user-friendly and much easier to find and configure options. While more expensive than a Samsung tablet, it's worth paying a bit more for this one. After using this tablet for just a few minutes, I knew right away that I would never go back to Android.

Bought during Black Friday promotion online and we were supposed to get $40 gift card but  never did  receive it. Otherwise it came as described and arrived on time

Not completely as advertised

So far so good. I have been using it for studying. It’s been great. I’m really clumsy so I have dropped it a few times 🤣 haven't been scratched or broken yet

Fast shipping, iPad is fast to use and easy to set up. 
But the battery is crap. Description says all day life battery,
 in the three days I owned it I had to charge it 5 times

The box arrived damaged, and I can't exchange it at the same price since I bought it on sale

I am extremely disappointed with this iPad. The shipping box was sealed, but the iPad box itself was already opened, which is unacceptable for a product sold as new. After turning it on, I noticed internal issues that were not visible from the outside. This clearly does not meet the quality standards expected from Apple or the seller. Customer service has been slow and unhelpful. I would not recommend buying this iPad from this seller.

This seller is now responding me

Very unethical brand,  a price was offered and I purchased this item however because they want to make ample money, they cancelled and said they are no longer in stock. Yet I have checked and they hiked the price up even more and they are in stock. I would not recommend supporting this unethical company if the price is the same on other platforms.

Unethical company/ money hungry

"Regular" price has suddenly increased by $100! I'd planned on purchasing this iPad; unfortunately, it took longer than expected to obtain a gift card I'd  ordered. Now, when I come here on the site, I see that the 'sale' is still for $130 off - but, somehow, in the matter of a few days, the regular price went from $499.99 to $599.99!
Shame on you, Wal-Mart, and your false advertising! You just lost a sale...
