The phone itself  is beautiful however the battery is not original and it wasn't charging at all. I was very disappointed because this cause me so much inconvenience , I expected a better quality regardless it is  refurbished or open box.

I received the phone and plugged it in to charge. The outside of the iPhone looked new but it would not turn on despite all my efforts. Trying to return for a refund is a nightmare. I called the day after received the phone and  A week later, I'm still waiting for the « escalating team » to contact me with the process of return. Not impressed.

Customer service for a refund is lacking
