Very light, fast and easy to setup to work with my Apple ID. Works well with my other Apple devices. Use it for music and photo editing. Some light document work and of course web browsing. Touch ID works better than expected. Only thing I wish for is that the FaceTime camera was better.

Great machine for the price b

walmart.com

Definitely worth the purchase! Only has one type C port available - no USB, HDMI or anything like that so if that's what you're needing this may not be the computer for you -- unless you don't mind getting an adapter.
I use it daily for work, but majority of what I do is online so I don't have need of extra ports or a lot of storage space. Definitely worth the price! Set up and runs like a brand new computer - even thought it's a refurbished one.

LOVE!! 10/10

I did just get the laptop but it was in better shape then listed so far the battery seems to be in good shape as well so all in all a very impressive deal I know a lot of used electronics is not a very good deal but I’m very happy with this purchase and would buy 10 more if they was all in this kind of shape

Very impressive

The Mac is pretty good. There are some obvious dents and scratches but the screen was great. The battery health was 90%. Honestly you get what you pay for. But it works great!

You get what you pay for!

Came with a shot battery like everyone else is saying but the price was too good to pass up so I kept it. Since it's brand new, it is still covered under the warranty. Just take it to an apple store and they will replace it for free. Works perfectly fine now.

Came with drained battery but it was fixable

Great laptop overall. New like ordered. But what walmart doesn't disclose to you is that these laptops have been sitting in storage for years and the batteries are completely dead. You can't use it unplugged and if you want to replace the battery it's going to cost you several 100 dollars. Which really reduces the overall value of this item. Shame on Walmart for not disclosing that the battery will need replaced.

Don't BUY unless you want to pay for new battery!

MacBook Air was sold as Open Box/Unused condition but when I checked the system information I found it was sold in December 2021 and had 222 cycles on the battery which was now at 92%. I paid extra for the MacBook Air based on the false description. Don't trust this seller!

Inaccurate description of item

I paid for an “open box” laptop. But received one that had numerous deep scratches and scuffs. It has food crumbs and dog hair on the keyboard and screen… Seller did not bother to even attempt to dust it.
If seller rectifies this with a proper replacement, I will update my review.

Fraudulent and misleading advertising

Bought brand new the batteries is bad but another one after returning the old one that battery had issues had to go to the Apple Store to replace the battery

Charger works but battery won’t go over 1% and if you unplug the charger the computer dies and turns off. If you want to use it, you have to keep it plugged in.
