The phone came in good condition. I have been using the phone for months and there hasn't been any problem. The battery is good it may charge a bit slower than the new one but it is good

Received phone in pretty good condition with only a couple scratches on the sides. It came with a screen protector and case so that was appreciated. The phone was 81% battery health, but other than that it was great for the price.

Refurbished IPHONE 11

The phone works well but it powers itself off a lot

Powers itself off

I received the phone quickly in an acceptable condition. It worked well. The protective screen in place broke within a few days even though the phone was not escaped. I had to buy another one to replace it. After about 3 weeks of use, I got an error message from my battery. This one was no longer recognized. My cell has been shutting itself at any time and is opening up hard. The battery discharged in a few minutes and the maximum capacity displayed is now at 0 while it was at more than 80% at the reception. In the information provided by Apple, the battery would have been replaced by another that is not original and not compatible. I find that unacceptable.
