I didnt like the packaging, but the phone was in good condition and i had no problem with putting my sims card in this iphone from my other iPhone. I recommend to buy!

I like it but..

Absolutely happy with the quality of the product.  Almost no visible sign of wear. My refurbished phone was a great example of a company providing a great value at substantial savings.

My “go to” for affordable communication

Overall, this phone came in on time and is in excellent condition I honestly would give this IPhone 11 Pro a 5 out 5 but the tiny scratches and scuffs on the bottom of my screen is a bit of a problem for me. Other than the scratches this phone is in Great shape!

Great Phone, Minor Scratches

Great purchase until I had to fix screen for a Crack then found out battery needed replaced cause it was swollen due to poor tech work.

Battery wasnt good

The battery is already down to 88% battery health from 93% when I bought it a a month and a half ago. The screen also isn't an apple part as noted in the service history in my settings. The camera also says something about a magnet messing up the camera every once in a while.

Decent phone but has issues

In the description it says like new and it is scratched and on the camera it has a fingerprint

What a RIP OFF!!
This phone is in terrible condition! I was trusting Walmart to ved the quality of this supplier/ product, but this was a major fail! The camera does not even have glass on it!! It's chipped up and broken. Every case I have purchased does not line up, telling me this is a cheap dud!   Please take better care of your faithful customer base Walmart!

Poor, Bad Quality!! Do not trust this!

The phone itself looks great physically but in the advertisement for this phone it boasted an 80 percent or higher on the battery and I was very disappointed for the very little 69 percent on the one I received. This was not even close. Very disappointed.

Battery life

For a Like New condition I am not satisfied
Scratches on the screen, Battery is 71% thats is very low and the phone is in poor condition 
I don't recommend this seller

The Phone is not like discribe

I bought this in “like new condition”. It connected just fine and worked great for ONE DAY. It wouldn't turn on the second day. Used Apple chargers and everything. We've tried everything. It still won't turn on.
