Haven't connected to my computer yet but everything else seems to be working not a scratch on the phone! Looks like it just came straight out of the box! So if the phone works getting my account sinked together on the computer it will be a great value and purchase! I'll have to get back to this review and let you know.

Awesome quality, great screen, no flaws except maybe a teensy on the back, but they are NOT cracks, just smoothness, idk how to explain, but you can't even see them!!! Awesome phone condition, audio just right, camera is amazing. This is a refurnished phone just as new!!! Still great to use iPhone 11 Pro in 2025, and is up to date! Feels like I bought it from apple.

Great purchase, fair pricing, arrived in a reasonable time as stated it would. The phone is great. No scratches everything is functioning properly as should. I would certainly purchase from them again probably sooner than expected cause my son just asked for a new phone

Great purchase, highly recommend

My thirteen year old granddaughter got yhis for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. Everything works great and it was unlocked and added to her moms Cricket account easily. I would definitely recommend.

Great phone

Overall, this phone came in on time and is in excellent condition I honestly would give this IPhone 11 Pro a 5 out 5 but the tiny scratches and scuffs on the bottom of my screen is a bit of a problem for me. Other than the scratches this phone is in Great shape!

Great Phone, Minor Scratches

It's a nice phone and it works great. Sometimes it's hard to type though or press on things. You have to press kind of hard I'm not sure why? It's just annoying, it doesn't really affect anything. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It works fine and it's a good phone.

Phone looks nice, but when checking the battery it says “service”.  It only is functioning at 77%.  This is incredibly disappointing as my battery was one of the reasons I wanted a newer phone.

I would give it no stars. 

I was not sent the cell phone I ordered. The advertisement said nothing about it being a used phone, it was a different colour and it's obviously used. 

More importantly, I set up the phone in order to find the serial number and other ID numbers in order to return it. There's an error message ‘display not recognized'. That means it is not an Apple part, or it has been installed incorrectly. No matter what screen you're in, that error message pops up. 

I've tried for six days straight asking them to send me a return label. I entered the wrong email address when I made the purchase. I corrected it and notified Walmart several times.

They also charged my account TWICE for the phone ($444). I had to get my bank involved to have that corrected.

I've been told different things each time I've contacted them, but there has been no action in sending me a return label to start the refund.

A warning about buying// I highly don't recommend

What a RIP OFF!!
This phone is in terrible condition! I was trusting Walmart to ved the quality of this supplier/ product, but this was a major fail! The camera does not even have glass on it!! It's chipped up and broken. Every case I have purchased does not line up, telling me this is a cheap dud!   Please take better care of your faithful customer base Walmart!

Poor, Bad Quality!! Do not trust this!

The phone came extremely damaged, screen with scratches over an 1”. Back camera was shattered with spider cracks on the back of phone. Phone was also shipped with previous owners screen protector still on. Very obvious the phone was not refurbished, just “flipped”.

Garbage, don't buy
