I need help with the return of a refurbished cell phone. It was purchased online in guest mode and on the 9th day of being put into operation, it started to fail. It turned off and at first it didn't react when charging, then the apple logo started to appear and disappear without charging. I need help with the process to be able to return it. It started to fail after a week of use.

Need to refunds

Item was in stated physical condition, however Bluetooth and wifi would not turn on to complete the initial setup. Attempted reset of phone several times to fix the problem. However, the problem has continued. Emailed the seller with this issue. They requested pictures of the phone screen. That was 9 days ago, no response. Completely DISAPPOINTED in this seller's customer service and would not buy again. Would accept a full refund only at this point. TBD.
