Phone came as advertised, however did notice a couple of scratches on the glass. I guess I should have expected that.

Brilliant product , battery is slightly on the weak side with 87% maximum.

Mint condition overall for refurbished iPhone13PRO

Based on the description "open box: fully functional, 10/10, good as new condition", you get the impression that the phone will be all those things. However, the phone I got had 87% battery health, debris in the microphone/surround the camera, and minor chips along the edges. Not to say that is a bad phone, just the description is certainly misleading and if I had known the accurate status of the phone I would have bought from Best Buy's open box options - a few of my family members purchased phones this way and the descriptions on the website were accurate of what they got.
