horrible 0/10 recommend phone was advertised as physical sim when it was esim only the screen was chipped when it arrived some of the functions (double click side button) didn't work the data wouldn't work and the customer service is even worse tried to return it they said they couldn't would never ever order anything from walmart.ca again

I bought a phone described as being in excellent condition, but unfortunately this is not what I received. The device arrived with several visible scratches, including on the glass. In addition, it is only eSIM, an important detail that was absolutely not mentioned in the description. The battery discharges in just a few hours, even with very little use, which is unacceptable for a product presented as in excellent condition. It’s also very difficult to contact the seller or get a return, which makes the experience even more frustrating. In short, the product does not fit the description at all and I would not recommend this purchase.

Very bad experience. Disappointing product

This iPhone 14 was advertised as being in excellent condition and with SIM card capabilities. The phone arrived scuffed up, with a scratched screen and only eSIM abilities. I am sending the phone back as the product description is a complete and utter lie. Why would this item be advertised as being in excellent condition (see pictures) and be accompanied by a sim removal tool if it is eSIM only? Did the company provide me with the wrong iPhone?
