love my iphone 14 it is fully unlocked the battery life is really good compared to my old iphone (SE) that I finally got rid of. The camera quality looks good to

Phone has deep scratches in the screen. So deep that it wont allow adhesion from a screen protector. Battery gets super hot. Not enough to burn you but almost too hot to hold at times. Although I understand this was a preowned device for the quality of product i think the price should be slightly lower . Overall the phone works though, so even though I’m not exactly satisfied, it sufficed when i was in a pinch.

Price doesn’t match quality but usuable

Screen visibly scratched even though it was listed as “like new” with micro scratches not visible from 8” to 12”. Scratches were very visible from a distance and deep enough to feel them with my finger nail. Phone arrived on very low battery. I didn’t check anything else since I did not want to setup the phone before returning it to the seller. I’m very dissatisfied with the false description of the phone’s condition.

Visible deep scratches; not LIKE NEW as listed

The phone works fine and the battery health is at 84%, which is acceptable for a refurbished device. However, the physical condition DOES NOT match the “Like New” description.

The front screen has multiple visible scratches and marks, especially near the top around the notch/front camera area. These are not light micro-scratches that are “invisible at arm's length” as advertised. They are clearly noticeable under normal lighting and definitely affect the overall appearance of the phone.

I bought this expecting a condition close to new, but what I received looks more like “Good” or even “Fair,” not “Like New.”

Very disappointed with the accuracy of the product description.

The product description says “like new” and i expected little to no scratch marks but the phone I was sent have visible scruff marks all over. And that was very disappointing. Definitely not what I was expecting.

When I bought the phone it started off good, until a week after a i bought the phone screen began to flash blue randomly. Took it to a shop to replace the screen and haven’t had any issues since the repair; I’m assuming when refurbishing the phone they cheaped out and used an Amazon screen instead of a proper screen for the phone but it’s fine ig if you don’t have the same problem as I did with said phone

i bought this as a gift  she finally  got it switched  because  her provider  wouldnt do it i paid 50 professional  transfer to find out battery junk says service so 100 to fix it ridiculous  past 90 day she didnt now what to do now 400 in junk phone buy new one kiss told me sorry cant do nothing just turned it on yesterday

Only giving this iPhone 14 purchase a one star, not because of the phone itself, but because when I bought this iPhone 14, it was listed, condition, as in, “Like New”, condition. Ha! Not even close! From other reviews that I’ve read, I’m sure this iPhone 14 is a really good phone but the condition of the phone I received is in no way, “Like New”. I have bought other devices (not from this seller but through Walmart) that were listed as used that were in way better condition, like my Apple Watch Series 7. Not happy with this seller and its misleading description of the condition of this iPhone 14.

Inaccurate product description

The rear camera will not take pictures. Done all steps to reset and nothing has fixed the issue. It is supposed to be a refurbished phone.. but a huge main feature cannot be used.. very very disappointed

Should looked at reviews before ordering. Phone was in good condition but no one could hear me on and off speaker. When I connected my beats that’s the only one people can hear me. I was looking into giving my child my old phone and now he upset due to the phone not working and I have to transfer everything back over to my old phone.
