Great phone. I just need to learn how to operate it.

walmart.com

Just as described without any issue whatsoever !

The phone was described as being in “like new” condition, but it has some noticeable scratches on the sides, and the battery health is only 78%. These details should have been clearly mentioned in the description. I understand that it is a refurbished phone and not a brand-new one, but it's important to accurately describe the phone's condition and battery health so customers know what to expect.

Good but Not Really “Like New”

Purchased an iPhone 14 in Like New condition. The description stated that it could have minor scratches or signs of use. Upon arrival, the phone is fully functional but has a major scratch/ding on the top corner from being dropped. In my opinion, the phone is of lower quality than advertised.

Lower quality than stated.

The price was amazing but it was marked as “like new” and was far from it. It read that items listed as “like new” would have micro scratches that you couldn't really see but instead when I opened it the entire trim of the phone looked like it had been dropped so many times, Scratches on the screen were were also too many to even attempt to turn on the phone. So I had to return it

Not as described

Screen visibly scratched even though it was listed as “like new” with micro scratches not visible from 8” to 12”. Scratches were very visible from a distance and deep enough to feel them with my finger nail. Phone arrived on very low battery. I didn't check anything else since I did not want to setup the phone before returning it to the seller. I'm very dissatisfied with the false description of the phone's condition.

Visible deep scratches; not LIKE NEW as listed

I ordered a refurbished phone for my son, but the item I received is in poor physical condition and appears to be defective.

While I initially decided to overlook the cosmetic scratches because my son was eager to use the phone, I have since discovered an internal issue. Whenever the phone vibrates, there is a distinct rattling noise, as if the camera or speaker is loose.

I had already transferred his service to this device before noticing the internal rattling, otherwise I would have returned it immediately.

Not a good buy

i bought this as a gift she finally got it switched because her provider wouldnt do it i paid 50 professional transfer to find out battery junk says service so 100 to fix it ridiculous past 90 day she didnt now what to do now 400 in junk phone buy new one kiss told me sorry cant do nothing just turned it on yesterday

Only giving this iPhone 14 purchase a one star, not because of the phone itself, but because when I bought this iPhone 14, it was listed, condition, as in, “Like New”, condition. Ha! Not even close! From other reviews that I've read, I'm sure this iPhone 14 is a really good phone but the condition of the phone I received is in no way, “Like New”. I have bought other devices (not from this seller but through Walmart) that were listed as used that were in way better condition, like my Apple Watch Series 7. Not happy with this seller and its misleading description of the condition of this iPhone 14.

Inaccurate product description

These said like new. They are not in any way like new. All of them had noticeable cosmetic damage. And every phones screen was scratched with a screen protector over the top of the scratches. Id have thought they'd have just replaced the screens. At least. 28 days in and mine won't turn back on. Ran out of battery. I plugged in. It's been plugged in for hours. And won't turn on. Just black.
