It honestly surprises me that Walmart allows such a dishonest seller to advertise their products on this platform. The phone is advertised as ‘like new' but comes with lots of scratches and dents on the screen and body and the functionality compromised. Then, I reached out to the seller to start a return and they slow walked the whole process, taking at least two days to respond to each of my emails and asking questions I had already answered. Eventually they finally sent me a return label and the phone has been back at their facility for over a week, but the refund has not been issued yet. I strongly suggest buyers avoid products sold by ‘Wireless Source' and that Walmart removes such a bad seller from their platform.

False advertising and dishonest seller

I purchased two iPhones from the Walmart Marketplace that were advertised as “like new.” What I received, however, were two heavily used devices that were clearly misrepresented. The condition of the phones was unacceptable and far from what was promised in the listing.

The return process was equally frustrating and unprofessional. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I faced significant resistance and unnecessary delays. It took nearly a full month to receive my refund, during which time I was forced to contact customer service almost daily to follow up on the matter.

The marketplace seller, Wireless Source, is highly unreliable and should not be recommended under any circumstances. Their practices reflect poorly on Walmart, and it is concerning that Walmart allows such sellers to operate on its platform. This experience has severely damaged my trust in Walmart Marketplace.

As a result, I will never purchase from Walmart Marketplace again. The entire process was a complete waste of time and energy, and I strongly advise other customers to avoid this platform to prevent similar experiences.

I purchased two iPhone 15 Pro.

So much rdisappointed with this purchase. Battery is getting heated and so many scratches and dents. He has sent me defective piece. Messaged seller but he is not responding. Not sure whom to reach out for help.
