This was a great experience.  The phone arrived very quickly, it was indeed open-box and not refurbished, in great condition and at an amazing price!

Great experience, perfect phone, great price

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had for online shopping. The shipping was super fast, the price was really good, and the phone is in perfect condition. I came back just to look at what else this company was selling. I highly recommend them based on this experience.

Excellent experience excellent phone great price.

Likes: Phone was super clean, very few/minor scratches. Came with a box and original cable. 
Dislikes: Phone was heavily used. Had 95% battery life and 275 cycle count on battery charging. It doesn't qualify as open box. 
Worst part: Walmart doesn't take any ownership for customer pain when it comes to these 3rd party sellers. They just ask you to return the product. A bit disappointed with Walmart policy / customer service.

Clean but overused phone sold as open box

This phone was supposed to be an "Open box" but it looked like it had been used because I checked the history and it has all kinds of old phone numbers in the contact lists.  Disappointed about it.

Not really an "Open Box"  It was "Used"

the phone freezes from time to time and its only a couple of months old   Im not able to link it with the my home base computer to download pictures or music.  it is not able to hold a physical SIM card

I purchased an Iphone 15 128g phone through third party Gadget Source supplier. Phone came and in good condition but I had to reload the OS twice and the texting was glitchy. I was trying to purchase Apple care but the SN came up as purchase date of 2007 and Apple wanted the receipt with SN showing which I didnt get. I requested such from Walmart and they said all they could offer was the invoice from online purchase which is useless to me. I tried to contact Gadget Source through FB messenger and got a generic greeting followed by crickets. Would be nice if Walmart stands behind their third party suppliers but they refused. Be careful when buying anything through Walmart with third party suppliers.
