I was very skeptical on purchasing this item. Due to a lot of things I hear about buying electronics online ,plus a used items. I bought this item and I am extremely impressed extremely happy with the purchase. I did have my doubts at first , I were surprised us with this item beyond happy.

The phone works really well.
One little faint scratch on screen. Not in the way or very visible. Set up went as expected for a 76 year old woman.
But I was successful in transferring all my info from old Motorola phone to my restored Samsung. 
BUT. The info on the phone said it was a 5 g compatible cell phone, but, the upper right corner on phone screen shows 4 g. 
Will it upgrade when 5 g is available or did I  replace my Motorola moto g 4 g with the same thing in the Samsung version. Hummmm.

Had some issues

Only thing is it had a deep scratch on the screen other then that amazing love the phone

It's smaller than I expected but it came on time and in perfect condition! But it's Completely smaller than the iPhone 7 . But it is better than the older versions!

This phone was not refurbished by any stretch of the imagination. It was simply factory reset and then sent on its way. There is a huge gouge in the screen and the battery life in the iPhone settings says it's performing at 68% of its normal performance. These are two things that are just unforgivable for a product that claims to be refurbished. If not for the fact that I needed a phone immediately I would have sent it back. I would have given zero stars if that was an option.

The display of this phone is changed with a fake apple part.

Don't buy it it did not work I could not even get to set up the phone it's was frozen for hours

I was very disappointed with my purchase. I have not used the device since buying it. It's overheating and using too much battery. Very disappointed
