Phone has scratches and nicks as well as having reduced battery capacity. When submitted for return refund they wanted to charge me up to 30% restocking fee or $120 as well as shipping fees. Rip off creeps

Never again will I be fooled

I purchased a “Refurbished GRADE A LIKE NEW” iPhone 12, expecting a device in pristine condition, as advertised. However, upon arrival, the phone had visible scratches on the screen, which is far from “like new.” This was incredibly disappointing and felt like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers with false advertising.

If the device has cosmetic flaws, this should be clearly stated in the description, not hidden behind vague claims of high quality. I've had to go through unnecessary back-and-forth just to request a return label, which has been frustrating.

I would not recommend purchasing from this seller if you're expecting transparency or honesty about product conditions. Buyers beware!
