Installed 2 pendants myself, including new mounting pans in the ceiling. Love the effect at night, good down light and no glare when sitting at the table. Great quality and surprisingly all glass. The section that holds the center glass could be sturdier where the two screws go in, thread is easily stripped, managed to wedge the screws so they did not “sag”. Overall extremely happy.

We ordered 3 of these lights to mount across our island. They were easy to install, could adjust the height for our vaulted ceiling. 
These lights look modern and rich. We also put them on a dimmer switch and enjoy the lower setting when visiting around the island.

Stunning Lights

Had Crome ones originally but broke the glass pieces. Ordered black this time for different look.
They are very nice that's why we bought again a little expensive. Would like to be able to buy new glass for old ones.

Had the lights about 4 years. Been okay until now. One pendant stopped working. When you turn it on, it flashes three times, then stops for about ten seconds. Flashes again three times, keeps repeating until turned off. Other lights are working fine.

Light stopped working!

I bought this pendant light a few months ago. I accidentally broke the outside clear glass globe, and have had absolutely no success in getting the part replaced. I did receive an email that was poorly written, and seemed like it was written by someone who doesn't know the English language. If I'm EVER able to replace this part, I will not purchase from this company again. Beware, the service of this company is terrible.

Can't get replacement parts!!!!

I bought 2 of them about 4 years ago. They looked great, but did not last. The first one failed after 3 years, the second about 4 months later. Not anywhere near the 50,000 hrs they claim they are good for. Its a shame, because they really looked good.

Did not last

These look great once you can find one that isn't horribly defective. I wasted so much time installing and uninstalling, returning, then going through multiple boxes at the store to find 3 that would actually work. There must be zero quality assurance on these. A key component to these working, and looking good, is gravity. The center bubble glass hangs by 2 bolts, so everything needs to be centered, or it will hang crooked. The first 3 of mine had this problem. To compound frustrations, the outer glass hangs on 3 metal rods that you have to thread into the base. Well on all 3 that I purchased, at least one of the rods, when fully threaded into the base, was not square,  it either stuck op or down by as much as an 1/8', so the glass hangs very crooked. There is no adjustment.

If you can get past all that crap, these look great, but the fact that out of the box, all 3 had problems, had to return them and search through new boxes to find ones that would work, there is obviously serious QA issues at this company. 

Please take note of these issues and correct them.
