I live in San Francisco & wear vests all the time. I was a little concerned this might be too short or too long & the arm hole might be too small. It was just right all around, I'm 5'7, broad shoulders, swimmers build, 135lbs. Good quality, washed it before I wore it & love that it's jet black.

Not even close to being the 3x I ordered. It's way too small. Even though it has 3x sewn into the neck. Nope. 
   Such a disappointment & I won't be returning it. I'll just donate it when times are safer. I don't want to risk a trip to anywhere as I am at high risk for Covid. (Sigh)
