CHANGE OF PACE

Both were outstanding, the ginger beef was as good as any I've eaten in a restaurant. I highly recommend these meals.

First I tried the ginger beef & the Thai chicken

I love that the battered chicken can be cooked separately because it stays crispy and doesn't get all mushy like so many of the other Asian meals available.
I don't like anything spicy and this is too spicy for me but if you like spice this is a really great dinner.
If you're ever able to get it available. I really liked the sweet-and-sour pork one but as usual with Walmart has never restocked it, in fact I was lucky to get this one.

Too spicy for me but good

Underwhelming

I don't even know what it tastes like. When I opened the box, there were 2 separate bags - 1 contained battered chicken, the other a sauce. I cut open each with scissors, then put the contents in a big bowl. It didn't look very appetizing, certainly not like the photo on the box. I microwaved it, but it still didn't look good. The batter was soggy, but I do wish I had tasted it, but I just didn't want to. Maybe if I had cooked it in the oven or an air fryer (that I guess I'm now one of the few who doesn't have), just to perk up the batter, but, meh, I'm just not going to buy this one again.

It's probably best to cook in oven or air fryer
