CHANGE OF PACE

Both were outstanding, the ginger beef was as good as any I've eaten in a restaurant. I highly recommend these meals.

First I tried the ginger beef & the Thai chicken

Underwhelming

I don't even know what it tastes like. When I opened the box, there were 2 separate bags - 1 contained battered chicken, the other a sauce. I cut open each with scissors, then put the contents in a big bowl. It didn't look very appetizing, certainly not like the photo on the box. I microwaved it, but it still didn't look good. The batter was soggy, but I do wish I had tasted it, but I just didn't want to. Maybe if I had cooked it in the oven or an air fryer (that I guess I'm now one of the few who doesn't have), just to perk up the batter, but, meh, I'm just not going to buy this one again.

It's probably best to cook in oven or air fryer
