I got them for my brother, size up because they run small.  I ordered L because what his other shorts are, but realized the Xl or 2X is what fit hims.

they are very thin and cheaply made. They run quite small; I ordered an extra large of these and they are smaller than the size large of the Champion brand.

These shorts are very "short" in length.  Description said they were men's medium length. I am not a tall female and they come way above my knees. I needed them for my 6'2" teenager.

Definitely NOT a size xxl.  Already sent them to my father, so that is disappointing -
