This is a very bland tasting bouillon. It has a generic salty flavor with the slight hint a mushroom. It was disappointing. I will finish what I have left, but I won't repurchase %26 do not recommend it.

I should have checked the Ingredients. These are salt and monosodium glutamate cubes. I threw them out.
