Major cracks on side rails (visible to anyone looking at the bed). On top of that it was MISSING one entire bag of screws. It comes in 3 separate packages, two of which have their own bag of tools. This one only came with screws needed for the headboard, and none for the rest of it. 

Of course these things are so heavy it is nearly impossible to package up for return. Took a huge risk ordering something with no reviews. Poor quality, poor inventory control. Will never order from these guys again. I will update the review if their customer service is able to rectify the situation.
