After 3-weeks of wearing these boots (only at work), I find them to becoming very comfortable. Yes, becoming. The initial break-in of about a week, they were stiff as expected with all new work shoes. About only item I'll address is the tongue. Maybe my lacing is not secure or correct, but the tongue seems to move quite a bit. It's the summer season and haven't been able to test out the water-proofing
