The delivery guys were prompt surprisingly even with the bad weather. They went beyond and above in assisting me with product into apartment. Great customer service all around. We need more people like those guys. They deserve a raise. Thanks a lot guys. Stephen

I love the material of this bed, very easy to clean and does not let first stay on it. The structure is gorgeous too and fits perfectly. It came in a nice boxed package and the assembly is a easy process. You might need second hand to lift up the heavy parts. Overall its easy to assemble and a pretty furniture piece.

The bed is amazing! I love it...and highly recommend it!!

I'm happy with the bed frame overall. It is fairly difficult to assemble but I did it by myself slowly over about 5 hours total. One complaint I have is the sticky bump pads that prevent metal on metal contact are too thin and tiny. I will install my own to make sure the bed is as quiet as it should be.

I love this bed. It is beatiful. It did take some time to assemble with two people as it was our first time working with this type of frame. Be warned that if your mattress is not thick or tall enough, it will just slide between the space of the platform and the headboard each time you use the lift function. My mattress is 10 inches and it slid through!!

My bed arrived today completely destroyed. I am very upset but will be hopeful to have this resolved in timely manner. Was not a cheap bed, and was bought as gift to my girlfriend. Waiting with excitement just to see the package destroyed and panel ripped and wood smashed in and sticking through the fabric. I assume this is the shipping issue, but I can only hope that Aykah resolves this and makes my experience better. If things get resolved I will definitely write a more positive review but for now I am giving it 1 star out of 5.
