Beautiful bed as described, easy to assemble but needs two people to do it. Overall, I am satisfied and happy with my purchase

Queen Bed

Amazing Bed Frame, easy to go visit show room and was delivered on time.

aykah.ca

So far , satisfied with the quality.Nice design, and good price

I genuinely love this frame. The storage and quality of the materials is amazing. My only issue was that one of the 4 legs that helps support the mattress was not cut the right height, so one of the posts makes the platform not lay flat. I had to use a zip cut to shorten this piece and reattached the foot. Instructions were fairly clear to assemble, two people makes the process easier for sure. I did contact the manufacturer to let them know about the part issue and recieved no response. With that being said for the price and the quality I would absolutely purchase this again.

Would buy again however..

Great purchase! Looks and feels super luxurious. Easy lifting mechanism even with a heavy 10inch mattress. 4 stars because it took around 3.5 hours for 4 people to assemble it.

Great product but takes too long to assemble.

I'm happy with the items and service. Completely transformed bedroom

Annoyed that the bottom floor cover sheet didn't have the correct Velcro. Installers said they would be back to replace. I emailed the services email no response. I guess once I bought the bed , customer service was over...

Came with scratches/gouges on fabric, tried messaging about returning for a new one. No response.

Seller won't respond if problem.

There is a SUPER ugly velcro strip on the top of the headboard for some unknwn reasons and the bed was pain to assemble. you can get similar storage beds elsewhere..

Don't waste your money
