Pretty straightforward to put together. Did it myself , took almost 4 hours But definitely a 2 mans job.

I genuinely love this frame. The storage and quality of the materials is amazing. My only issue was that one of the 4 legs that helps support the mattress was not cut the right height, so one of the posts makes the platform not lay flat. I had to use a zip cut to shorten this piece and reattached the foot. Instructions were fairly clear to assemble, two people makes the process easier for sure. I did contact the manufacturer to let them know about the part issue and recieved no response. With that being said for the price and the quality I would absolutely purchase this again.

Great purchase! Looks and feels super luxurious. Easy lifting mechanism even with a heavy 10inch mattress. 4 stars because it took around 3.5 hours for 4 people to assemble it.

Annoyed that the bottom floor cover sheet didn't have the correct Velcro. Installers said they would be back to replace. I emailed the services email no response. I guess once I bought the bed , customer service was over...

Came with scratches/gouges on fabric, tried messaging about returning for a new one. No response.

Seller won't respond if problem.

There is a SUPER ugly velcro strip on the top of the headboard for some unknwn reasons and the bed was pain to assemble. you can get similar storage beds elsewhere..
