We are having a Mexican dinner tonight for Cinco de Mayo. Easy to warm up and great side dish for our burrito dinner. Everyone likes it a lot and so do I , I will be buying again

Great side dish for Mexican dinner

Caddle

This rice dish is packed with flavour and gives your dish some Cajun seasonings. It reminds me of dirty rice from the islands. There is also a nice Smokey flavour from the beans.

Gives a Cajun flair

I tried this at home and really liked it, but where I think it would especially shine is either in dorms or hotel/hostels where microwaves are available but stovetop aren't. In any case, it is very convenient and tasty!

Super convenient and good flavor

I used this rice to make chicken burritos and they turned out great.  Brought a nice flavour to the burrito and complemented the chicken well.  Would use again.  For servings with a meal I would say only 2 maybe 3 servings.

Burrito Rice

I love adding Ben's rice to my dishes after a long day. The bistro rice are so quick and easy it's the perfect addition to a stirfry or its own side. The flavours are really nice in this package.

Tasty side

I tried the smoky red beans & rice along side a piece of fish and some vegetables for a quick and mainly healthy weeknight meal. The rice cooked up easily and I appreciated the added fiber and protein of the beans. 

My only negative is the high level of sodium that stops it from being a truly healthy dish and me eating it more often.

Quickly and tasty side dish

Has a bit of an odd taste. This is the first time I have tried this product. Never thought to put the 2 products together. Once you get used to the taste, it is quite the treat.

Rice And Beans Review

I've had much better from Uncle Ben's so this was disappointing for me.  I don't know if it's just me but this tasted like bland cardboard. I would not repurchase this.
